With six albums as a leader and recognition as one of the great Spanish references in avant-garde jazz, Juan Saiz now brings a new project under his belt. Delving into an unknown facet, he gives traditional Cantabrian music a new voice.

Juan Saiz is one of the great references of Spanish avant-garde jazz. So much so that in 2016, he debuts with his recording work "H.C." in "Leo Records" one of the most important record labels within the free jazz, free improvisation and avant-garde. And he becomes the first Spanish artist to be released on this label. In 2022 he releases Pindio II, a work with which he has toured numerous European venues where he has been received with great enthusiasm by critics and audiences.
